工作原理是：單鍵完成複雜動作，並且可以手動或自動模式做到前屈、後仰、左右彎曲、左右旋轉等伸展動作 ，可以做到胸椎 、 頸椎 、 腰椎 旋轉延伸，將外力施加於患者身體一定部位，通過反復多次的翻轉和牽拉，達到康復治療的目的。牽引的作用在於增大脊椎與連接面的距離，拉長（伸長）脊椎周圍軟組織，增大椎孔（減輕脊椎受壓情況），放鬆外周肌肉，通過減少椎間內壓力及伸長的後韌帶產生的推手作用有效減輕椎間盤突出患者病情。
